SPECIAL ORDERS:

Purchaser has 48 hours from the written order date to cancel or alter a special order.
Special order merchandise is ordered, and often manufactured, specifically for you.

After the initial 48 hour period, cancellations and product alterations are not permitted. 
Lead Times are estimated to the best of our knowledge but cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur and may not be identified until late in the manufacturing process. 


GAS PRODUCTS:

We recommend authorized installers. They will provide a 90 day free labor warranty.
Installation must be performed by a qualified, professional installer.
Choose another installer at your own risk. Viridien will not be responsible for additional labor charges.
Once a gas product is installed, it cannot be returned.
Most gas product warranties cover parts, but do not cover labor charges. Additional labor charges are the responsibility of the homeowner.


PAYMENT:

All balances must be paid in full prior to picking up the merchandise.

For merchandise that is to be delivered, balances must be paid in full prior to scheduling the delivery date.
Full payment is required for merchandise being held by us for more than 30 days.
It is in our best interest to provide your merchandise in a timely manner. In the case of manufacturer delays, Viridien is unable to provide compensation.

 

DELIVERY:

Upon delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly inspect all merchandise for any issues including damage.

In the event that you are not home during the delivery, you have 48 hours to report any issues to your local store.
In the rare instance of any damage, Viridien reserves the right to make repairs and minor touch ups.
 

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

The customer will have up to 14 days to return unopened merchandise (does not include special orders).
All open merchandise is subject to inspection prior to returns and exchanges. These returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Merchandise that is not in new condition will be denied or subject to a minimum 50% restocking fee at the Seller’s discretion.
Delivery fees are non refundable once merchandise has been delivered. Pick up fees will apply.
Cancellations and returns are not permitted on special order merchandise.
